ClassPilot Free Preview is an early pilot made available for evaluation and feedback. By using the preview, you agree to use it for lawful educational and productivity purposes.
Preview status
Features may change, move, or be removed during testing. Availability is not guaranteed, and the preview may contain bugs or incomplete features.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it for classroom, grading, instructional, administrative, legal, or policy decisions. ClassPilot is a productivity aid, not a replacement for district policy, professional judgment, or required record systems.
AI-generated materials
AI Materials Studio may use Google Gemini to generate classroom drafts. AI output can contain mistakes, incomplete explanations, or inappropriate difficulty. Teachers must review and adjust generated materials before using them with students.
Student and sensitive information
Do not place student names, IEP or disability information, medical information, behavior records, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information into AI prompts. Follow your school or district requirements for student information and approved technology.
Your Google account
ClassPilot operates through Google services and may create a ClassPilot data spreadsheet in the signed-in user's account. Google permissions are controlled through Google's authorization process.
No warranty
The Free Preview is provided as-is for testing. Users should keep required official records in their approved systems.
